What is the return policy?
At Miavolt, we stand behind every product we make. Opened items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
What is the Miavolt warranty?
All Miavolt products are backed by a 3-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If your product stops working or develops an issue within that period, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or accidents, but if something isn’t performing as expected, contact us — we’ll help make it right.
To start a warranty claim, email shop@miavolt.com or info@miavolt.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
When will I get my order?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, and any order placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time ships the same business day. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free for all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all locations within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska.
All orders are shipped from our U.S. facility and include free standard shipping — no minimum purchase required.
At this time, Miavolt does not offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories
